Whenever you place an order with us, we collect essential information such as your name, contact number, and email to facilitate the ordering process and keep you updated on the status of your purchase. Please be assured that your personal data is securely stored and is strictly for internal use. We do not sell, trade, or share your information with any third parties.

Delivery is available and is calculated by the mileage, travel time, etc.  Due to extreme fluctuations in gas prices our delivery charges are always changing.  If you are interested in delivery please give us a call and we can get you an accurate quote!

We understand how important it is for your sweet treats to arrive in perfect condition. That's why we offer secure, temperature-controlled shipping for select items within a certain radius of our Winter Haven location. Please note that shipping is not available for all products due to their delicate nature. For those that are shippable, orders must be placed at least one week in advance to ensure timely delivery. All shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and we provide tracking information so you can eagerly anticipate the arrival of your delicious order.

Once your cake or treats are removed from our possession , we are no longer liable for any damage, melting, spoilage, etc of your product as we cannot verify the conditions that the cake has been kept in.  Keeping your cake refrigerated may be necessary due to the flavors and fillings you have chosen.  It is up to you to ask how to best take care of your cake

Our cake pricing is based on servings, flavors, and the difficulty of the design.  As a general rule, cakes start at $5 per serving for buttercream-iced cakes and $6 per serving for fondant-covered cakes.  Design elements, the size of the cake, and custom pieces all effect the final pricing.  Please contact us for a custom quote.

We are happy to provide you with a quote via email at sugarandslicebakery@gmail.com, via Facebook, or in person. Please send or bring in any design inspiration you may have so that we can design a cake that fits your event perfectly!  Color swatches, event invitations, and photographs are all important parts of the process.

We highly recommend contacting us to place your order 1-2 weeks in advance.  The earlier you contact us with your order, the better. Order volume may vary throughout the year, so the earlier you contact us, the more certain it is that we can get you on the calendar.

In order to secure your date, we ask for a 50% deposit.  Wedding cakes should be paid in full two weeks prior to delivery.

We are NOT an allergen-free facility.  We use and work with many common ingredients that can cause an allergic reaction, including, but not limited to, peanuts, tree nuts, peanut butter, coconut, almonds, almond flour, gluten, wheat, strawberries, coconut, pineapple, cinnamon, and others.  We will make every effort to keep your order segregated if we are aware of an allergy, but we cannot guarantee there will be no cross-contamination. We cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions caused by our products.
